Tax Liability Cover (TLC35)

For some consultants and interims, Tax Liability Cover is valuable.
It insures against an investigation by HM Revenue & Customs and covers representation costs, additional tax, NIC, interest and penalties.
City Capital Analysis cannot promote this form of cover, as we would be deemed to be ‘involved with the company’ or an ‘associate
of the Managed Service Company provider’.
However, Qdos, an independent consulting firm, provide this cover and will approach you directly and you should make your own decisions under separate advice from them.
